Do New Yorkers Feel Safer With Metal Bollards?

It’s been one year since after the alleged terrorist attack in which a man behind the wheel of a truck killed eight people in a bike path in Tribeca. Since then police have placed metal bollards around the city to stop vehicles in their tracks, but do New Yorkers feel safer? Andrew Siff finds out.
