DHS Blasts NY Law Giving Undocumented Immigrants Driver's Licenses

The Department of Homeland Security criticized a New York law that just went into effect allowing undocumented immigrants to get driver’s licenses, saying it will protect criminal at the expense of law-abiding residents. NBC New York’s Jonathan Dienst reports.
