DEP Workers Describe Finding Girl on Brooklyn Street

The employees needed to fill their flusher truck and chose a fire hydrant just off 27 Avenue, finding a little girl lost in the middle of the Shore Parkway nearby. Meanwhile, a bus driver and matron are facing charges after they failed to check the vehicle the little girl was on. NBC 4 New York’s John Chandler reports.
