Cortlandt Street Subway Station Finally Returning

It’s one of the last unhealed wounds in the city’s concrete and steel flesh inflicted on 9/11: the Cortlandt Street no. 1 train station. The station was obliterated that day, but it’s finally on track to open this year. Andrew Siff gets an early look.
