Cops Shoot, Kill Man After Pulled Over For Seat Belt Violation

Cops pulled the man over Thursday afternoon after seeing him not wearing a seat belt, then discovered there were three open warrants for the driver. The altercation soon got physical, and the man was shot in the chest. NBC New York’s Rana Novini reports.
