Conviction of Brooklyn Man Tossed Out by Judge

A man serving 25 years-to-life in prison for a murder he has always said he did not commit was freed, after a Brooklyn judge tossed the conviction over concerns regarding the police investigation conducted by a controversial retired detective, who the judge said demonstrated a disregard for the law.
