Construction Begins on Belmar Boardwalk

Contractors are making headway in a project to rebuild Belmar’s boardwalk, just in time for the summer season next year. If they succeed earlier than the deadline, they’ll get a bonus — if not, they’ll be fined. Brian Thompson reports.
