As the so-called “great resignation” continues, companies are pulling out al the stops to win over job-seekers, including higher salaries, signing bonuses and more flexible hours. But smaller companies can’t compete, so one New York county is trying to help close the gap. NBC New York’s Lynda Baquero reports.
