City Officials, Art Vendors Battle Over Park Space

City officials want to cap the number of art vendors in Union Square Park, Central Park, the Highline and Battery Park, arguing the public space has become to congested. Artists are fighting to keep their space outside and say they help bring people out the parks. The public gets to weigh in on this Friday at a public hearing.
