Christine Quinn Responds to “Hot Temper” Reports

Some of her fellow council members are accusing New York City Council Speaker Christine Quinn of being vindictive and hot-tempered. Quinn supporters are calling the claims sexist and that some of Quinn’s opponents are trying to use the issues against her. Government Affairs reporter Melissa Russo has more.
