Beloved NYC Chocolate Company Wiped Out by Sandy Looks for Relief

One of the city’s sweetest businesses still hasn’t fully reopened since Hurricane Sandy wiped it out. The beloved Madelaine Chocolate Company in the Rockaways suffered millions of dollars worth of damage in the storm, and now the owners say they need Sandy recovery funds to stay in business.
