Chelsea Landlord Under Investigation by NY State

A Chelsea landlord first exposed by the I-Team is now under investigation by state housing officials. As Melissa Russo found out, investigators are demanding the landlord stop attempting wrongful evictions and prove she’s not overcharging tenants. The state warns the landlord could even face criminal penalties.
