Bronx DA Asking Feds to Investigate in NYC Case

The Bronx District Attorney’s Office said it is asking federal prosecutors to investigate the case of a 17-year-old boy who spent a year behind bars at Rikers rather than plead guilty to a shooting he did not commit. Sarah Wallace reports.
