Belmar Mayor: Beach, Boardwalk Will be Rebuilt by Summer

A pumping operation is underway in Belmar, N.J., smiliar to what was used in New Orleans after Katrina. Meanwhile, the Belmar mayor explains the recovery process and says it will take some time but he’s confident the beach will be open with a boardwalk by next Memorial Day Weekend.
