As Frustration Grows, MTA Plans to Ease Subway Delays

If you speak with subway riders, you’ll hear a litany of complaints. The MTA said it’s listening to commuters. On Monday, the agency released its $20 million plan to tackle delays and other problems on the aging system. Andrew Siff reports.
