Arrested Councilman: “I Was Assaulted”

City Councilman Ydanis Rodriguez was among the hundreds of people arrested during a sweep of the Occupy Wall Street encampment Tuesday. He left court Tuesday, saying he was assaulted by police. Ida Siegal reports.
