Amber Alert for Abducted NY Baby Has Been Canceled

An amber alert has been issued for a baby taken from Troy.

The Amber Alert for the 3-month old infant abducted in upstate New York has been canceled. 

State police canceled the alert shortly before  6 p.m., about an hour after it was issued for Donavan Bragg, who was abducted by Frank Bragg and Amanda Rua in Troy, a city near Albany in upstate New York. 

The alert was issued in the Capital Region around Troy, as well as in New York City and nearby suburbs.
