Another Hearing Planned for Alleged Kayak Killer

Another hearing is planned for Tuesday for the woman accused of killing her fiance, Vincent Viafore, while kayaking on the Hudson River in April 2015.

Angelika Graswald's homicide trial had been scheduled to being last month, but it was delayed after her lawyers said they wanted to present the results of her psychiatric examination during the trial.

Prosecutors said they needed more time to review the evaluation.

Viafore’s body was discovered in the river in May 2015.

Graswald was arrested in April 2015 and has been awaiting trial while being held on bond in the Orange County Jail.
