After the Storm: A Small Box Brings Big Relief for the City's Disabled

After the storm, a disabled and elderly community in Chelsea was left in the dark, with very little food and supplies. City Meals on Wheels responded to the calls for help with some vital care packages. Small boxes that made a tremendous difference to the residents of one 23rd Street building. Melissa Russo reports.
