76 Rottweilers Found in “Disturbing” Neglect Case

Rescue groups are searching for new homes for more than 70 dogs found living in deplorable conditions in a home in Wallkill, N.Y. Authorities called it one of the most disturbing cases of animal abuse they have seen. The woman arrested declined to speak to NBC 4 New York. Ida Siegal reports.
