Two testing facilities that New Jersey operates with the federal government are not taking state residents who show no coronavirus symptoms, despite earlier reports to the contrary.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor's office said Wednesday that the centers in Monmouth and Bergen counties will no longer require state residents to have symptoms in order to get tested. But the state later clarified that that was not the case, because it needed waivers from the federal government it did not yet have.
