For five years, Anthony Motta says he was bullied while a student at Eldred Central School — and claims the district did nothing to protect him. He and his family say nothing has changed, and hope to help other students in a similar position by passing a new law that would create consequences for schools that don’t adhere to the Dignity for All Students Act.
