Hoboken and NY Waterway Ferry Battle Over Dockyard

NY Waterway owns the dock and wants to use it as a maintenance and refueling facility, but the city of Hoboken wants to buy it to transform it into a park, like what has been done to the much of the waterfront. NBC 4 New York’s Brian Thompson reports.
