Frustrated NYC Subway Riders Take 10 Flights of Stairs As Escalators Broken

The station is more than 100 feet below street level, and because of escalators not operating until February 2023, riders who use the Washington Heights stop are faced with climbing 10 flights of stairs.NBC New York’s Gus Rosendale reports.
