Debt Relief May be Coming for Yellow Taxi Drivers

Taxi drivers who purchased taxi medallions for upwards of $1 million in 2013 are now riddled in debt, as those same medallions are now selling for just $130,000. But there may be some relief coming with a new plan that would do away with the debt. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
