Curfew begins at NYC migrant centers

A curfew is set to be enforced at four New York City migrant shelters, which is similar to curfews at other city-run shelters. There will be exemptions, but also consequences for frequent curfew breakers. NBC New York’s Gaby Acevedo has the details.
