Connecticut Begins Phase One of Reopening

Connecticut is the final state to lift its statewide stay at home order. It’s also the first state in the tri-state to allow sit-down dining and indoor shopping. But it won’t be business as usual, capacity will be dramatically limited. Marc Santia reports from Westport where the state had it’s first cluster outbreak.
