Connecticut Battles Surge in COVID Cases

Connecticut’s COVID-19 test positivity rate jumped to 6.4% on Friday, according to Gov. Ned Lamont. That is up from Thursday’s infection rate of 4.7% and back up in the range where it was on Tuesday, which was 6.7%. Marc Santia reports.
