Claims of NJ Ticket Quotas in Minority Neighborhoods

After rumors about a similar controversy in NYC, some police officers in North Brunswick, New Jersey, are claiming that quotas were set up and officers were encouraged to target African American and Hispanic neighborhoods with multiple tickets. The I-Team’s Sarah Wallace reports.
