Child Abuse Reports Drop in NYC Amid COVID-19 Pandemic

Despite more children being home for more hours during the shutdown, child abuse reports in the city plunged, with tips down more than 50 percent — but that doesn’t necessarily mean fewer children are being abused. The I-Team’s Melissa Russo reports.
