Battle Over Dogs on Boardwalk Along Jersey Shore

Local police in Point Pleasant are trying to crack down on dog owners who ignore the signs stating no dogs are allowed on the boardwalk. Some don’t like the laws, while other locals are tired of seeing owners leave the animal’s mess behind without cleaning it up. NBC New York’s Brian Thompson reports.
