Alleged Brooklyn Subway Gunman Stockpiled Weapons: Prosecutors

Federal prosecutors said that Frank James had access to an alleged stockpile of ammunition in a storage unit. The suspected shooter didn’t speak in court, and was ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. NBC New York’s Myles Miller reports.
