Accused Times Square Shooter Arrested in Florida After 4-Day Manhunt

The NYPD said they had been tracking the alleged shooter and his girlfriend since they fled Times Square Saturday evening, after shooting three bystanders including a 4-year-old girl. NBC New York’s Jonathan Dienst reports.
