A year after Manhattan parking garage collapse, a look at ongoing concerns and inspections

It’s exactly one year ago today when a parking garage in Manhattan collapsed, killing a person.  Investigators are still trying to determine exactly what caused that collapse.  The garage had structural violations over the years.  NBC New York’s Lynda Baquero takes a closer look at who inspects the parking garages and asks if the ever-increasing weight of vehicles is creating new concerns.
