11-year-old boy shot inside Brooklyn building

Neighbors in Brownsville were shocked by the shooting of an 11-year-old boy, saying they don’t believe the child was targeted — but it doesn’t make the shooting any less alarming. Neighbors rushed in to help the boy after he was shot in the arm in his building’s hallway. NBC New York’s Melissa Colorado reports.
