What You're Doing Tonight: 11/3

Our roundup of cool happenings around town.

CONEY ON THE BLOCK: Are you one of the five people left in this city with disposable income? Then head to the Coney Island U.S.A. Fall Benefit Auction at Rebel NYC tonight, where "lots include an extended ride on the Wonder Wheel" (hey, better that than the Cyclone) and "a judgeship at the famous Nathan's hot-dog-eating contest" (thanks, City Room). 7PM.

VOTESTOCK: Robert Randolph, ?uestlove of Roots fame and Joss "I Sing Barefoot!" Stone will be on hand along with a slew of other special guests (including members of The Disco Biscuits, Ween and American Babies) for the big election eve HeadCount Get Out and Vote Party at Highline Ballroom tonight. In case you didn't score one of the 500 tickets, you can watch the stream at http://www.iclips.net. 8PM.

HANGING CHADS: November 2000 seems like a very long time ago now, but you may want to refresh your memory about those agonizing post-election weeks with tonight's free Galapagos screening of Jay Roach's Recount, with Kevin Spacey and Laura Dern. If that doesn't make you want to get out and vote tomorrow, we can't help you. 7PM.
