On last night's episode of Top Chef Tre Wilcox went home because of some poorly cooked risotto. Apparently it was really terrible, as judge Anthony Bourdain felt strong enough about it to tweet at DC-based chef Jose Andres about it this morning, "To cook risotto badly is a sin against God." Whether it's a sin or not is up for debate, but you'll certainly want to avoid bad risotto tonight.
