Progressive Publisher Hosts Charity Reading

Partners Andy Hunter and Scott Lindenbaum of the progressive and digitally focused publishing company “Electric Literature” spoke with Niteside on their first event at the Housing Works Bookstore Cafe. The company, which totes itself as “aggressively unstuffy,” does the majority of their business in the eBook format. They hosted a charity reading at the Housing Works Bookstore featuring authors Ben Greenman, Lynne Tillman and J. Robert Lennon as well as a deejayed reception by Elizabeth Harper of the Brooklyn-based band Class Actress.
