Eric Ripert held a press breakfast this morning and here’s the takeaway: “From now on $1 of every meal at Le Bernardin and every copy sold of his book On the Line will be donated to City Harvest. It will be an estimated $100k per year. Ripert feels it's very important for the times: ‘We are feeding fairly wealthy people here at Le Bernardin. It's a good feeling that we can give what we can to City Harvest too.’” [Eater]
