New Yorkers React to Foreign Student Rules

“I just started crying,” Andrea Peraza, 21, told News 4’s @kayangrum about the moment she learned about new federal guidelines that would force international students to leave the U.S. or transfer to another college if their schools offer online classes only. Now, Peraza, who is from #Venezuela, joins thousands of foreign students who will be left to figure out what do and where to go, if they can’t stay in school. “We didn’t choose to take online classes.
