Majority of Public Housing Playgrounds Not Maintained: Audit

City comptroller Scott Stringer audited the maintenance of playgrounds at public housing complexes and said the audit not only showed many playgrounds were unsafe but that some inspectors falsified reports. Andrew Siff reports.
