Get Sisterly at Sorella

A sisterly bond, and time spent traveling through the Piedmont region of Italy, served as the impetus behind this Tribeca restaurant and its moniker, which is Italian for sister. Owners Emma Hearst and Sarah Krathen put an emphasis on wine and hearty Italian fare, like gnocchi and the signature Pate de Fagato: chicken-liver mousse, fried egg and pancetta, served on grilled duck-fat English muffin bread.
