Father in Custody After Child Dies in Car Fire

A 3-year-old girl died after being found in a burning car in Queens that had its doors chained shut from the inside, law enforcement sources familiar with the case tell News 4. The girl’s father is in custody as police investigate her death as a homicide. Wale Aliyu has the latest.
