It's been a couple of months since the condo conversion made their debut and so far the sellers are coming up empty. So it's price-cut time: All four units have been reduced by between 8 and 13 percent. Post-cut asking prices now range from $629,000 for a one-bedroom duplex to $1,050,000 for a well-laid out two-bedroom duplex. Enough to get it done? GMAP
