Clear The Shelters

On August 15th, 2015 NBC 4 New York and Telemundo 47 partnered with dozens of shelters throughout the region to help find thousands of animals permanent loving homes. “Clear the Shelters” Day, an initiative by NBC-owned stations to help nearly 20,000 animals get adopted and find forever homes. Natalie Morales, host of Today, shows us some of the amazing stories to come from this special day and how adopting a pet can change your life.
