What to Know

  • Mother's Day was a washout and Monday wasn't much different — with cold, soggy and nasty conditions all over the region for most of the day
  • Clouds, fog and patchy drizzle are expected to linger for another day or so with Tuesday staying gray and gloomy with a chance for rain
  • At this point, it looks like temps won't bounce back into the high 60s until Wednesday, when we should finally see some sun

Pack those umbrellas one more day -- Tuesday will be another cool and damp day from sun up to sun down.

Tuesday isn't expected to be as soggy as Sunday and Monday, but it will still look the part — gray, gloomy and damp with spotty showers possible throughout the day.

After those early patches of fog and drizzle move out, some spotty showers will push in, especially during the evening commute.

Again, temperatures are expected to top off in the low-to-mid 50s after barely hitting 50 on Monday, Storm Team 4 says. Showers are expected to taper off before midnight.

At this point, it looks like temps won't bounce back into the high 60s until Wednesday, when we should finally see some sun.

However, it will be short-lived as Storm Team 4 says it turns a but unsettled again Thursday.
