We've known for ages that the former home of Nat Sherman on Bryant Park was leased by Zara, but we'd heard contradictory reports about what exactly that meant. Would the spot be a store, or would it be Zara's new office? Turns out, perhaps unsurprisingly, that it's going to be both. The company plans to move into the building eventually, but in the meantime it will open a new Zara on the first floor this November.
