H&M sure has had a busy spring thus far; first there was the first half of the Matthew Williamson release in late April, then the man himself hosted parties in town in the name of the retailer, and May 14 will see the drop of the second half of his capsule collection.
The hubbub will hopefully simmer down after May 28 however, when H&M opens another store up on the UES at East 86th Street and Lexington Avenue. This will technically be H&M's 10th New York City location, if you count the Harlem one on 125th St, and it will have all the departments: ladies, men, teens, kids, and even whatever Matthew Williamson is leftover by then.
As with any H&M event, expect major ads and billboards around the city as well as some opening deals. Keep those fingers crossed for freebies.
