As was rumormongered last month, the large retail space at 459 Broadway at Grand Street in Soho will soon contain the neighborhood's newest and freshest Duane Reade. From the above photos taken by a Racked correspondent, you can see the telltale red-checked tile floors. There's no signage yet, but when it does go up we have no doubt that the folks at neighboring luxury development 40 Mercer will let them know if the neon is too bright.
