When it rains, it pours: Two other supermarkets are following Trader Joe's to downtown Brooklyn. Gourmet food shop Brooklyn Fare, at Hoyt and Schermerhorn, will open this winter, providing G-train riders with prepared foods and groceries directly on top of the subway stop. And the Concord Village co-op at Jay and Tillary will get its own Concord Market, which aims to be a bit more upscale than the Associated Supermarket that was booted from the co-op in July. Add those to the Gristedes re-opening at 79 Henry St after last year's fire, and suddenly downtown Brooklynites have to make some hard choices about where to buy their arugula.
